Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Content Cash Flow website, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Who we are
Content Cash Flow is a coaching program by Adam Hagaman, run by One Vision Inc, 877 W. Front St., Boise, Idaho 83702, United States (“we” or “us”). For any question about this policy or your information, email [email protected].
This policy covers the Content Cash Flow pages on contentcashflow.com, the calls you book with Adam and the messages we send you. The community and checkout run on Skool, and call scheduling runs on Calendly. Those companies also collect some information directly and handle it under their own privacy policies, linked below.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a call: your name, email address, time zone and your answers to the booking questions. If you choose to get text reminders, also your phone number.
- When you join: Skool collects your payment details and processes the payment. We never receive your full card number. Skool gives us details such as your name, email address and membership status.
- When you contact us or take part in coaching: what you send us, including any videos, links and account details you share to get feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Our website platform, HighLevel (also called LeadConnector), records technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here and when you visited. It saves identifiers in cookies and in your browser’s local storage so it can count visits and recognize repeat visits.
- When the booking calendar loads, Calendly may set its own cookies.
How we use it
- To run this website, keep it secure and fix problems.
- To schedule, prepare for and hold your call, and to follow up with you about it.
- To provide the program: the coaching, the training and the community.
- To answer your questions and send you messages about your membership.
- To send you updates and offers about Content Cash Flow if you’ve agreed to get them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how people use the site, so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: HighLevel (website hosting, analytics and customer records), Calendly (call scheduling), Zoom (video calls) and Skool (community, membership and payments). They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Authorities or others, when the law requires it or when it’s needed to protect someone’s safety or our rights.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized. This policy will keep applying to your information.
Their privacy policies: HighLevel, Calendly, Zoom and Skool.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved in your browser. Through HighLevel we use them to run the site and to measure visits, and Calendly uses them in the booking calendar. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on these pages. If we add them, we’ll update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings. The pages still work, although the booking calendar may need cookies to work fully.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to get text messages, we’ll only text you about what you agreed to, such as reminders for a call you booked. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from us varies. Reply STOP to stop the messages or HELP for help. We don’t share your mobile number or your consent to get texts with anyone for their own marketing.
Emails
Every marketing email from us has an unsubscribe link. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still email you about your membership or a call you booked.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for example, while you’re a member, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records, taxes and any disputes. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use established providers and limit who on our team can see your information. No way of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other US states, the law may give you these rights, plus the right to opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We don’t do any of those, but you can still ask us to confirm it.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We’ll check your identity before we act, usually by matching the email address we have for you, and we’ll respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof that they can act for you. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
Visitors outside the United States
We’re based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you’re in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: our contract with you (providing the program and the calls you ask for), our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the site), your consent (marketing messages and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time) and our legal obligations. You also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, to get it in a portable format and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Content Cash Flow is for adults. This site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell members by email or in the community.
