Terms of Use
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms apply to the Content Cash Flow website and program. By using the site, booking a call or joining, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or join.
Who we are
Content Cash Flow is a coaching program by Adam Hagaman, run by One Vision Inc, 877 W. Front St., Boise, Idaho 83702, United States (“we” or “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].
Who can join
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you join for a business or organization, you confirm that you can agree to these terms on its behalf.
Membership, billing and cancelling
- Content Cash Flow costs $500 a month, billed in advance every month through Skool until you cancel. The price and billing terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply to you.
- You can cancel anytime in your Skool settings. Cancelling stops all future payments. There’s no minimum commitment.
- Payments already made aren’t refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- We may change the price for future months. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
- Skool’s own terms also apply to your use of Skool and to payments made through it.
What the program includes
Membership includes the live coaching calls with Adam, the Content Cash Flow training and the member community. Schedules, content and features can change over time. If we make a significant change, we’ll let members know.
Calls you book
The call you book on our calendar is a free call to answer your questions about Content Cash Flow. If you can’t make it, please use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email.
Community rules
Be respectful. Don’t harass, threaten or spam anyone, and don’t sell to other members without their permission. Don’t share other members’ personal information, posts or results outside the community without their permission. We may remove content, or end the membership of anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.
Our content
The training, call recordings, templates and other materials belong to us or the people we license them from. They’re for your personal use while you’re a member. Don’t copy, resell or publish them, and don’t share your login.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you share. By posting it in the community or bringing it to a call, you let us use it to coach you and to run the program. We’ll only feature your name, results or testimonial in our marketing with your permission.
No guarantees
We can’t guarantee any number of views, followers or customers, or any income. Your results depend on many things we don’t control. Please read our Disclaimer before you join. Nothing in the program is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.
Other platforms
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms set their own rules and can change them at any time. You’re responsible for following them. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the program are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the site or the program is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If a claim is made against us because of content you shared or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first, and we’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that we can’t resolve that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, and we design it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. If anything is hard to see, hear or use, email [email protected]. We’ll help you directly and fix the problem.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and we’ll tell members before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using the site or the program after a change, you accept the new terms.
Everything else
If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it. You can’t transfer these terms to anyone else; we can transfer them to a successor. These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and the program.
